QuickCVLab is a free tool that lets you build a resume or CV in your browser and download it as a PDF or editable Word file. It also provides free educational guides about resumes and international job applications. The builder runs on your device; we do not create an account for you or store your resume content.

2. Free to use

The Service is provided free of charge. We may show advertising to support it. We may add, change or remove features, templates or guides at any time.

3. Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the information and documents you create. Because your content is processed locally in your browser, we do not claim any ownership or license over it, and we do not access it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and honestly. You agree not to:

• Enter false information intended to deceive an employer in a way that is unlawful;
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or its security;
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy the site in bulk;
• Reuse our templates, guides, code or branding to operate a competing copy of the site.

5. Accuracy of your resume

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your resume or CV. QuickCVLab provides formatting tools and general guidance, but we do not guarantee any job, interview or hiring outcome.

6. Guides are general information

Our articles about international formats, ATS systems and resume best practices are general educational information, not professional, legal or immigration advice. Hiring conventions vary by employer and change over time. Verify specific requirements with the employer or a qualified professional where it matters.

7. Third-party tools and links

The builder loads open libraries (for PDF generation) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their content.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickCVLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or documents, arising from your use of the Service. Always keep your own copy of any resume you create.
